1. Who is responsible for your information?

True Blue Logistics (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026 / 872071 / 07, is the responsible party for information it processes for its courier operations. Our service areas are Cape Town, the Boland and Helderberg. Our designated Information Officer, privacy contact and registered business address will be published here before online enquiries or bookings are enabled.

2. Information used by this website

• Enquiry drafts: the name, email address, collection area, delivery area, service and parcel details you enter stay in the current page’s memory. A download is created only when you choose it. Form contents are not sent to our server or stored in browser storage. A downloaded file stays on your device until you delete it.
• Privacy preferences: we use local storage to remember your selection, its version and expiry for up to 180 days. This does not contain your name or contact details.
• Technical access information: the hosting provider may process your IP address, requested pages, timestamps and browser information to deliver and protect the website. The retention and processing locations of the final hosting arrangement must be confirmed before public launch.

We do not currently run advertising, analytics, profiling, payment processing or automated decision-making tools on this website. Please avoid including identity numbers, financial information or other sensitive personal information in an enquiry draft.

3. Purpose and lawful processing

Website delivery and security involve technical processing needed to operate the service and protect legitimate interests. Essential preference storage remembers your choice. Optional analytics or marketing would require a separate, informed choice before activation. If online enquiries or bookings are introduced, we will update this notice with the information collected, the specific purpose and the applicable lawful justification, which may include steps to enter into or perform a contract, consent, legal obligations or legitimate interests as permitted by POPIA.

4. Sharing and cross-border processing

Hosting providers may process technical access information to serve this site. Links to ParcelOps and ShipRazor take you to independent websites with their own privacy notices; visiting this site does not send enquiry form data to those platforms. No courier integration is active on this website. Any future sharing with service providers, including processing outside South Africa, must be assessed against POPIA, including section 72 where applicable, and explained in this notice before it begins.

5. Retention and security

Enquiry draft data is discarded from the page when you leave or reload it. We do not receive a copy of downloaded files. Privacy preference entries expire after 180 days; expired entries are replaced when you make a new choice. You can clear them sooner using your browser’s site-data controls. The site uses no third-party tracking scripts. Hosting access controls, log retention and operational safeguards need to be confirmed as part of the final public-launch configuration.

6. Your rights under POPIA

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request confirmation of processing and access to your personal information; request correction or deletion; object to processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on it; and complain to the Information Regulator. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate lawful processing that took place before withdrawal. Identity verification may be needed to protect your information when handling a request.

The company’s privacy contact is being finalised. In the meantime, this website does not accept personal-information requests or online bookings. You can independently approach the Information Regulator using its official complaints guidance and contact directory.

8. Changes to this notice
